Community Partnerships for Adult Learning (C-PAL) is a web-based resource for those interested in improving adult education services through partnerships in their communities. The site offers an extensive toolkit of resources in the following categories: creating communities; curriculum and instruction; professional development; workforce development; and program management. Links to research on adult learners and promising education practices, a self-assessment tool, and profiles of 12 communities that have strengthened their adult education services through partnerships are also featured on the site. Most materials can be downloaded or obtained free of charge, and resources are updated regularly.
